Description

Requirements
- Provide SARS PIN or CSD number to ensure tax compliance before bidding.
- Submit TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number for each party in consortia/JV.
- Provide Certificate of Compliance for items referencing SANS, SABS, or ISO.
- State the Radiation Control License number for relevant equipment.
- Trusts/Consortiums/JVs: Submit consolidated and individual B-BBEE certificates.
- Product must be registered with SAHPRA.
- Submit a B-BBEE certificate from a SANAS accredited agency or sworn affidavit.
- Provide certified copy of Radiation Control License or SAPHRA confirmation.
- Provide SAHPRA certification to distribute medical devices/equipment.
