Description
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development needs a service provider to assess substance abuse in the province. The service provider will conduct a province-wide analysis, map hotspots, analyze patterns, evaluate responses, assess interventions, and develop models. Key deliverables include reports, maps, and a policy brief. The project should take 12-26 weeks.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN/certificate or CSD number required.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) required.
- Ethical clearance from a recognized Research Ethics Committee (REC) required.
- Principal Investigator must have PhD in Social Science/Health Science.
- Enterprise Registration Certificate (CIPC) required.
