Description
Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the hire and servicing of portable and VIP toilets, including sewage disposal, across Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern Cape, and Mpumalanga. This is a 36-month term service contract (NEC3) on an as-and-when-required basis. Key deliverables include regular toilet servicing, replenishment of consumables, and waste disposal. Bidders must provide 2-ton vehicles and maintain toilets in good working condition. The tender requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and proof of capacity to provide the required units. The closing date is 30 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Eskom reserves the right to cancel the process or negotiate with selected tenderers.
Requirements
- Valid CSD registration with MAAA number
- Valid SARS tax compliance status PIN
- Valid CIDB registration
- Valid municipal permit for human waste removal
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Minimum two years relevant experience with two contactable references
- Proof of ownership or MOU for portable toilets and 2-ton vehicles
