Description
The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) needs office space and storage in Cape Town for nine years and eleven months. The office building should preferably be A-grade, accommodating 50 employees, with parking and close to public transport. The landlord will fit out the building to NRCS requirements. The storage must be fit for purpose and easily accessible. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 25 May 2026. The closing date is 17 June 2026.
