The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) invites bids to develop, design, test, deploy, and maintain a financial literacy e-learning platform. The project includes creating five specific financial literacy modules, customizing a Learning Management System for 10,000 users, and developing a social media marketing strategy. The work will be based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and requires a multidisciplinary team to ensure platform security and data compliance. The contract duration is three years, starting by September 2026. Key deliverables include a project framework, platform hosting, technical support, and monthly usage reports. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience and provide samples of previous e-learning projects.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must have valid Tax Compliance status with a SARS PIN
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
