Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure invites bids for the supply, delivery, and refueling of diesel for a generator at the KD Matanzima Building in the OR Tambo District. This is a two-year term contract requiring the delivery of 50PPM diesel. The service provider must deliver within two days of a request, or within eight hours during emergencies. The project involves a minimum monthly supply of 1000 liters, with a total estimated volume of 20,000 liters over the contract period. Deliveries must occur during standard working days at the specified building in Mthatha.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN
- Bank rating of C or higher from an accredited financial institution
- Proven experience in similar projects with contactable references
