Description
The National Transmission Company of South Africa (NTCSA) is inviting tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of office furniture. This includes workstations, filing cabinets, boardroom tables, and various chairs. The work will be performed on an as-and-when-required basis across all NTCSA locations nationwide, including sites like Megawatt Park, Simmerpan, and various regional grids. The contract will run for a period of 60 months. The project aims to provide a modern and efficient work environment. Suppliers must be prepared to handle logistics and installation at multiple sites across South Africa. The contract follows the NEC3 Supply Contract framework.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- CIPC registration and shareholding documentation
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification
- Valid Compensation Commissioner Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of goods, property, and liability insurance
- Compliance with OHS Act, NEMA, and NTCSA environmental policies
- Staff criminal clearance and medical fitness certificates
- Valid driver licenses and vehicle roadworthy certificates
- Subcontracting compliance proof for contracts exceeding R30 million
