Description
The Steve Tshwete Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of two service providers for graphic design, animation, and promotional printing services. The work will be performed in Middelburg on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 36 months. Key deliverables include professional design work, digital animation, and various promotional printing tasks. The project aims to support the municipality with creative and marketing materials over the three-year contract term.
