Description
This tender is for the construction of the Lukwethu Regional Water Supply and Surroundings – Phase 2 – Reticulation in Ward 26. The project is funded by the Municipal Infrastructure Grant (MIG). The work will be carried out under the O. R. Tambo District Municipality. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 20 May 2026, and the bid closing date is 11 June 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB registration with a minimum grading of 7 CE.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance PIN from SARS required before bidding.
- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
- Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Commissioner or Insurer (COID Act).
- Letter of Good Standing from Department of Labour (UIF).
- Municipal rates and taxes statement not in arrears for more than 3 months.
- Business registration documents from CIPC.
- Not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- No failure to perform on previous contracts.
