Description
Necsa needs a contract advisory service for 3 years to help with the transition to NEC4 contracts. The advisor will set up a contract management system, create standard processes, and provide ongoing advice for the MPR project. The closing date is 17 June 2026.
Requirements
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- SARS tax PIN or TCS certificate required before bidding.
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Pre-employment and security screening required for employees/subcontractors.
- Proven experience in NEC4 contract advisory services required.
- Qualified and accredited NEC4 professionals required.
- List similar contract advisory services provided in the past 5 years.
