EWSETA is seeking an auctioneer to sell the Cape House building in Marshalltown. The auctioneer will assess the market, create a marketing strategy, manage the auction, ensure legal compliance, and provide post-auction reports. A compulsory briefing will be held on May 22, 2026, and bids are due by June 10, 2026.
Requirements
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
- Valid auctioneer accreditation/registration
- Professional indemnity (R10 million) and public liability insurance (R5 million)
- Not listed on National Treasury Database of Restricted Suppliers/Tender Defaulters
- CSD (Central Supplier Database) Report / Number
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate/Affidavit
- SARS Tax Pin/Clearance Certificate
