Description
The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development invites bids for the provision of cleaning and hygiene services at the Regional Land Claims Commission and Lodgement offices in Nelspruit. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The scope includes cleaning offices, boardrooms, kitchens, and parking areas, as well as maintaining hygiene equipment like soap dispensers and sanitary bins. The service provider must supply all necessary equipment and consumables. The project requires a team of two supervisors and eleven cleaners across two locations. Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session on 09 June 2026.
Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Public Liability insurance with minimum R1,500,000 coverage
- Valid Sanitary Waste Management certificate or license
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
