Description

SASSETA needs two service providers to manage learner time and attendance, and learner payroll/stipend disbursement. The contract lasts until March 31, 2030, with a possible five-year extension. The solution should register learners, track attendance, calculate stipends, and generate payment files. The system must use facial recognition, work in all conditions, and protect data.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate required before bidding.
• Provide proof of liquidity: R5,000,000 average bank balance or financial assistance.
• PCI-DSS compliance confirmation required.
• POPIA compliance and registration certificate required.
• Company Professional Indemnity of R7,000,000 required.
• National Treasury CSD registration required before bidding.
• CIPC registration documents required.
• B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required.
