Description
GTAC needs technical advisory services for the Intergovernmental Relations Division to support the Municipal Finance Improvement Programme (MFIP) Phase IIIx, specifically for Municipal Financial Recovery Services (MFRS) in financial management. The specialist will help municipalities resolve financial problems, prepare and monitor financial recovery plans, and improve service delivery. The work ends on 31 March 2027.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the GTAC eProcurement Portal before bidding.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Educational qualification certificates are required.
- International qualifications must have SAQA accreditation.
- Contractor devices must have supported OS and active antivirus.
- Bidders must not have any representative employed by the state.
