Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites tenders for the supply and delivery of Dust Handling Plant (DHP) sealing spares to the Matimba Power Station in Lephalale. This is a 60-month contract based on an 'as and when required' basis. The scope includes providing various rubber expansion joints, seals, gaskets, and bypass pipes to ensure the power station meets its performance targets. Deliverables include the provision of spares that meet ISO 9001 quality standards, accompanied by relevant user specifications. The contractor must submit a contract quality plan and adhere to strict delivery and quality control procedures at the Matimba main stores. The tender is governed by the NEC3 Supply Contract. The closing date for submissions is 03 July 2026 at 10:00 am. Bidders must achieve a minimum technical functionality score of 70% to qualify for further evaluation.
Requirements

- Valid SARS tax compliance status PIN
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification
- Minimum three years experience supplying similar items
- Compliance with Eskom Life Saving Rules and OHS standards
