Description
Tswelopele Local Municipality is seeking a service provider to compile a new valuation roll and update the supplementary valuation roll. This is in accordance with the Local Government Municipal Property Rates Act No. 6 of 2004. The service is required for five years, from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032. The closing date is June 3, 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- SARS pin required before bidding.
- Municipal rates and taxes must be current (not > 3 months in arrears).
- SACPVP registration (Pr AVal or Pr Val) required.
- Letter of good standing from Compensation Commissioner required.
