Description

The Department of Agriculture invites bids for the lease of office space in Qumbu, Mhlontlo Local Municipality. The project requires a building of at least 218.8m² to accommodate 35 staff members, including a boardroom, kitchen, and storage. The facility must be within 1km of Qumbu town and provide 12 parking bays. The landlord must maintain the building, including fire safety, plumbing, and electrical systems. The contract duration is 36 months. The building must be ready for occupation within 30 days of the award, with full implementation expected within 3 to 6 months.
