Description
The Independent Development Trust (IDT) is seeking professional service providers (PSPs) for a three-year panel in Limpopo. The panel will include architects, engineers (civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, geo-technical, geo-hydrological), quantity surveyors, occupational health & safety consultants, social facilitators, land surveyors, and environmental specialists. PSPs will handle repairs, supervision, installations, upgrades, and investigations for various construction projects. The closing date is June 3, 2026.
Requirements
- Submit detailed CIPC certificate as proof of company ownership.
- Provide certified ID copies of directors (certified within 6 months).
- 51% of directors/shareholders must have valid professional registration.
- Provide National Treasury CSD registration (copy of Master Registration Number).
- Submit COIDA certificate or FEMA Insurance.
- Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy Cover of at least R5 million required.
