Description
This tender is for consulting services for the Mzimvubu Water Project, specifically for an integrated water services masterplan and implementation readiness study. The project aims to develop a funded pipeline of water infrastructure projects, focusing on the Ntabelanga Dam and associated infrastructure. The study area includes the Alfred Nzo, OR Tambo, and Joe Gqabi District Municipalities in the Eastern Cape. The duration of the contract is 12 months.
Requirements
- Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status Pin before bidding.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration (ECSA or Washington Accord) required.
- Deputy Study Leader: Pr.ScieNat (SACNASP) or Pr. Eng registration required.
- Financial Modelling Resource: Relevant degree and professional registration required.
- Stakeholder Engagement Specialist/Manager: Degree in Communications or Development Studies (NQF 7).
- SANAS accredited B-BBEE certificate or valid sworn affidavit required.
- Consolidated B-BBEE certificate required for joint ventures/consortiums.
