Compilation of Financial Statements and Asset Register Support

Description

This tender is for the compilation of mSCOA and GRAP-compliant annual financial statements, fixed asset register, and ad-hoc support for Joe Morolong Local Municipality. The contract is for 36 months. The service provider will compile financial statements, maintain the asset register, provide audit support, and conduct a mandatory annual multi-departmental training program.

Requirements

• Valid SARS PIN for all joint venture partners.
• Municipal rates and taxes not in arrears for more than three months.
• CIDB registration in appropriate contractor grading designation.
• Accredited B-BBEE Certificate by SANAS or IRBA accreditation.
• Company Registration on the Central Database (CSD) required.
• Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN required.
• CVs of key personnel with certified qualifications and registrations required.
