The Ports Regulator of South Africa is inviting service providers to conduct in-house training on the Promotion of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). The training will take place at the Ports Regulator offices in Durban for a group of eight people, including the Information Officer, executives, and legal staff. The session is scheduled for July 2026 and will last for one day. Key deliverables include a one-day training session, electronic training materials, attendance certificates, and templates for relevant legal forms. The training must cover the objectives, compliance requirements, and reporting duties associated with both Acts.
