Description
Sol Plaatje Municipality is seeking bids for a bi-annual contract for the external hire of vehicles and machinery. The hired vehicles and machinery will supplement the municipality's fleet on an as-and-when-required basis for 24 months, with a possible extension. The closing date is 22 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration report required before bidding.
- Valid certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN required before bidding.
- Provide proof of ownership/lease and service history for vehicles and machinery.
- Vehicles and machinery must be roadworthy and comply with relevant legislation.
- Load Test Certificate (annually) and Safety Certificate (every six months) required for specific equipment.
- Current Municipal Account or Lease Agreement.
