Description
The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is seeking bids for the installation and customization of a contact center telephony solution for five years. The solution should provide a single point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and multimedia channels. The service provider will implement business requirements and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Key deliverables include integration with Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM, intelligent call routing, real-time dashboards, reporting, and quality assurance functionality.
Requirements
- CSD registration and report/number required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- SARS PIN or TCS certificate required before bidding.
- Consortia/JV: Separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party required before bidding.
