- Municipality-approved building certificate for laundry operations
- Proof of site ownership or signed lease agreement
- Proof of ownership or lease for three closed delivery vehicles
- Proof of financial capacity via bank statements or credit facility
- Portfolio of current and completed contracts
- Signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
