Description
This tender is for the maintenance of the administration building at the Mossel Bay Campus of South Cape TVET College. The work will be performed at the Mossel Bay Campus. A compulsory site briefing will be held on 22 May 2026. The project must be completed within 3 months.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD number required.
- CIDB grading of 3 GB or higher required for all JV members.
- B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate/Sworn Affidavit required.
- Must not be listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Centralized Supplier Database required.
- VAT Registration Certificate with SARS required.
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases (COID) registration required.
- Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) Certificate of Compliance required.
