Description
The Electoral Commission needs service providers to supply and deliver training kits. These kits include 330 portable mobile projectors, 150 projector screens, 400 power extension cables, 400 multi-plug adaptors, and 100 mobile trolley bags. Delivery must be completed within four weeks of receiving an official purchase order to the Electoral Commission’s Provincial Warehouses.
Requirements
- Provide four contactable references for similar projector and screen services.
- Submit OEM letter confirming projector lifespan (minimum five years).
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax compliant.
