Description
This tender is for a service provider to conduct a situational analysis of homelessness in KwaZulu-Natal. The aim is to develop an integrated, strategic, and sustainable provincial response. The service provider will conduct provincial homelessness mapping, street counts, policy analysis, and assess shelter capacity. Key deliverables include detailed inception, draft, and final reports, a homelessness database, a policy brief, and an intervention framework. The contract period is between 12 to 26 weeks.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required.
- Must provide SARS TCS PIN or certificate.
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Submit company registration documents.
- Provide proof of authority to submit bid.
- Principal Investigator must have PhD in Social Sciences.
