Description
The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) seeks a service provider for plumbing repair and maintenance at their Pretoria CBD building for 12 months. The work includes planned and corrective maintenance, sewer line cleaning, water pipe repairs, and a 24/7 emergency service. The contractor must provide reports, and quotations for corrective work require HSRC approval. Monthly performance meetings will be held.
Requirements
- CIDB grade 2SO or higher required.
- Valid COIDA registration required.
- Public Liability Insurance of at least R1,000,000.00 required.
- Plumbing Company Registration with PIRB required.
- Company must have minimum two years experience in the Plumbing Industry.
- Certificate of Qualified Plumber (Artisan/Trade test) or related Plumbing Services (PIRB) qualification required.
- Not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers.
