The Harry Gwala Development Agency invites bids for the turnkey partitioning and office alterations of Block A in Ixopo. The contractor must also handle the demolition of existing fixtures and ensure full project supervision. The work must be completed within one month of the start date. Requirements
- Valid CIDB grading of 2GB or higher
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Project Team Leader must hold valid SACPCMP registration
- Must provide proof of relevant experience via appointment letters and completion certificates
- Attendance at the compulsory site briefing is mandatory
