Description
Transnet National Ports Authority is requesting proposals for leasing a cargo shed and goods platform at Quay 4 in the Port of Mossel Bay for five years. The property, approximately 3280m², is available from 01 August 2026 and is intended for storage and workshop activities, excluding hazardous chemicals and dust minerals. A non-compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 29 May 2026. The closing date for submissions is 15 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
- Must have a valid Tax Pin or Tax Clearance Certificate.
- CSD registration is mandatory before bidding.
- Maintain a minimum B-BBEE Level 4 status.
- Electrical compliance certificate required.
