Description
Johannesburg Water is seeking a service provider for cleaning and hygiene services at six ablution blocks in Wiegelspruit. The contract duration is 12 months. The scope includes providing three cleaners sourced from Region C, Ward 96, and supplying cleaning consumables such as toilet paper, pine gel, dishwashing liquid, and sanitary disposal materials. Cleaners must be paid the gazetted labour rate for full-time work. The project is evaluated on an 80/20 point system.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proof of active CSD registration
- Proof of municipal rates and taxes payment
- Three signed references for previous cleaning projects
