Description
The PPECB needs a service provider for maintenance at their Grabouw office for five years, with a possible two-year extension. The work includes lawn mowing, litter removal, tree maintenance, gutter cleaning, and general cleaning. The service provider must follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The office is located at 7 Bosbou Avenue, Grabouw. Services are needed monthly or as required between 08:00 and 16:00.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Pin required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or EME/QSE Affidavit required before bidding.
- Years of experience providing general maintenance.
