Description
Ndlambe Municipality seeks proposals for bulk raw water provision from registered sources within its jurisdiction for 36 months. Suppliers must demonstrate water availability and ownership, including source location, type, capacity, and legal control. Monthly reports are required. The closing date is June 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Valid SARS tax clearance certificate or tax reference number/PIN/TCC number required.
- CSD registration (MAAA number) required.
- B-BBEE certificate required.
- Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate for company and directors required.
- Existing water use authorization required.
- Proof of water availability and ownership of raw water sources required.
- Trusts: Certified Trust Deed, amendments, Letters of Authority required.
- Partnerships: Certified Partnership Agreement, ID/Registration of each partner required.
- Natural Person: Certified copy of ID required.
- Proof of good standing with Ndlambe Municipality required.
- SANAS registration/inspection body accreditation required (if applicable).
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act registration required (if applicable).
