Description
The Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC) invites tenders for the servicing, repairs, and commissioning of a centralized HVAC system at their Head Office in Germiston. The project involves a three-storey office building. Key deliverables include a full repair report, commissioning report, electrical certificate of compliance, air balancing report, and a preventative maintenance plan. The contract includes a three-week period for initial repairs and a twenty-four-month servicing agreement. Requirements
- Attend compulsory site briefing
- Possess valid HVAC accreditation and qualifications
- Provide proof of CIPC registration and certified Director IDs
- Maintain valid Tax Pin and CSD registration
- Provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Hold valid public liability insurance
- Provide three references for similar commercial HVAC projects
- Maintain OHS compliance and safety file
- Provide municipal account under 90 days or valid lease agreement
- Provide latest three months of bank statements
