Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is seeking contractors for rehabilitation, renovations, and refurbishments at various DSD service offices in Cluster 4, including Mdantsane NU 1, Silver Crown, John X Merriman YCC, and House on the Rock. The project work includes removing and replacing floor coverings, wall finishes, doors, ceilings, and roofs, as well as servicing windows and drainage systems. The contract duration is 24 months.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 5GB or higher in General Building (GB).
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Good standing with Compensation Fund or licensed compensation insurer.
- Tax matters in order.
- Minimum two contactable references for completed building projects with certificates.
- SACPCMP Certificate for Registered Construction Manager and OHSE Plans.
- Health and safety plan compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
