The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider to supply an ICT Disaster Recovery solution. The project involves duplicating the current production environment, including servers and network infrastructure, to a secondary site located 30km to 75km from the MHSC office in Rivonia, Gauteng. Key deliverables include data replication, daily backups, and annual simulation exercises to ensure business continuity. The contract will run for a period of 12 months. The provider must also assist with the redirection of services during the MHSC office relocation. The work requires 24/7 technical support and monthly reporting.

- DR site must be 30km-75km from MHSC with specified facility standards
- Minimum 5 years experience in Hyper-V and backup/replication tools
- Valid technical certifications for backup or replication
- Three signed reference letters for similar services
