Description
The Border Management Authority (BMA) requires a contractor with CIDB grade 2 GB or higher for office building repairs and maintenance at Cape Town Harbour, Cowrie Place. The project involves renovating and refurbishing a building of approximately 350m². The service provider must provide a project plan and complete the maintenance and repairs within three months of contract award.

- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
