Description
The Limpopo Department of Health is seeking suitable service providers for a panel to provide accredited pest control services for 36 months as needed. Services include managing rodents, cockroaches, flying insects, and other vermin in various locations including offices, hospitals, clinics and training centres.
Requirements
- Valid Pest Control Registration Certificate (Act No.36 of 1947, Department of Agriculture).
- Valid Pest Control Operator Competency Registration certificate (AgriSETA).
- Valid Pest Control Operator Category Accreditation(s) certificate (AgriSETA).
- Valid roadworthy vehicle certificates with ownership/lease proof.
