MISA seeks a service provider to assess human technical capacity in 12 municipalities within Mpumalanga Province over six months. The assessment aims to align capacity with service delivery, identify skills gaps, and support recruitment. Key activities include conducting assessments, providing intervention plans, and engaging stakeholders through sessions. Deliverables include inception, assessment, and close-out reports.
Requirements
- CSD registration on National Treasury database required.
- Must be tax compliant with SARS PIN submission.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required for EMEs/QSEs.
- Project Manager must be ECSA or SACPCMP registered.
