Description
The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) is seeking a qualified conveyancer to register a right of extension. The work involves drafting notarial deeds and powers of attorney, performing deed searches, obtaining body corporate information, and lodging documents at the Deeds Office. This is a once-off contract with a delivery date of June 2026. The service provider must be an admitted attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience as a conveyancer and notary. The project will take place in South Africa, and the closing date for submissions is 05 June 2026.
Requirements
- Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status
- Valid tax compliance pin
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Valid Conveyancer and Notarial Certificate
- Personnel must have 5-7 years of relevant experience
