Description
The Department of Water and Sanitation requires the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of audio-visual and video conferencing solutions with local content items. This is for the Infrastructure Branch Training Centre (IBTC) at Roodeplaat in Pretoria, Gauteng. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 20 May 2026. The closing date for submissions is 01 June 2026.
Requirements
- OEM accreditation required for all products provided.
- Three client references needed for similar solutions in the last five years.
- Proof of SHEQ compliance (ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 certification) required.
- Certified resources required for the complete AV and VC solution.
- Valid COIDA certificate required.
- Must be registered on National Treasury's CSD.
- Must be tax compliant with SARS.
- Active CIPC registration required.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
- Compliance with local content (90% for cables and related products) required.
- Tax clearance certificate from SARS required.
- Compliance with SATS 1286:2017 for local content calculation required.
