Description
The Land Bank is requesting bids for the supply, delivery, implementation, and leasing of networked multifunction printing devices for three years. This includes devices for the head office, provincial sites, and satellite offices. The appointed service provider will manage printing services. Key deliverables include providing new devices with specific functionalities like follow-me printing and document accounting software.
Requirements
- No bribery/corruption charges, convictions, or involvement.
- OEM or Accredited Reseller/Partner/Distributor of Multifunction Printing Devices.
- Proof of good standing with SARS and CSD registration required.
- Valid tax clearance certificate and TCS pin required.
- B-BBEE certificate or Affidavit required.
- Necessary approvals, registrations, certificates, permits, licenses, and authorisations required.
