E-Learning Software Subscription Licenses for Eskom.

Description

Eskom is inviting tenders for E-Learning Content Development Software subscription licenses for five years. The tender was issued on 15 May 2026, and the closing date is 10 June 2026. A non-compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 28 May 2026 via Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• Not be under restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies.
• Not have the nationality of a country on any international sanctions list.
• Not be restricted by National Treasury or on the Tender Defaulters list.
• Proof of valid and current CSD Registration.
• Valid BBBEE Certificate (if applicable).
• SARS Tax clearance certificate required.
• Valid COIDA Certificate required.
• Proof of compliance with the Employment Equity Act (South African tenderers only).
