Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Transport is establishing a panel of professional consultants for infrastructure projects across the province. This tender covers various built environment disciplines, including civil and structural engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, and environmental consulting. The panel will be active for a period of thirty-six months. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis depending on project requirements and budget availability. Interested parties must attend a compulsory briefing session on 8 June 2026 in Bisho to remain eligible for selection. The department will categorize successful consultants based on their previous project experience and capacity.
Requirements
- Key personnel must hold valid professional industry body registrations
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must maintain an operational office in the Eastern Cape
- Must possess a valid COIDA or FEM letter of good standing
- Must provide three signed reference letters for completed projects
