Description
Elundini Local Municipality seeks expressions of interest from property developers to join a panel for various development projects. The municipality aims to select ten developers across categories including Housing, Commercial, Small Business, and Recreation Facilities. Selected developers will participate in bidding for Council-approved projects within the Municipality's property plan.
