Panel of Contractors for General Building (GB) Work.

Description

This tender is to appoint a panel of contractors for general building work with CIDB grading 6 to 9 for three years for the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency Group. The work includes engineering, procurement, construction, and occupational health & safety. The project site will be confirmed during the RFQ stage. The closing date is 05 June 2026.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 6 to 9.
• Active registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Director/Manager must have NQF 7 qualification in building, construction, or civil works.
• Contracts Manager registered with SACPCMP as Pr.CM or Pr. CPM.
• OHS Officer registered with SACPCMP as Pr. CHSO.
• No contract termination due to non-performance in the last 5 years.
• Warranty of no fraud, corruption, theft, or extortion convictions; not on restricted supplier list.
