Description
The Competition Commission of South Africa is requesting information regarding intelligence resources for African competition law and policy. The project aims to identify platforms that provide data on mergers, anti-competitive conduct, legislative updates, and AfCFTA frameworks. The work will be conducted over a 12-month period. Key deliverables include access to searchable databases, expert commentary, case law tracking, and automated alerts. This request is for market research purposes to assist with future procurement planning for the Commission.
