Employee Wellness Programme for National Lotteries Commission

Description

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) needs a service provider for an Employee Wellness Programme (EWP). The service includes counseling, wellness activities, health screenings, executive wellness, and training. The provider must service the head office in Pretoria and offices in all nine provinces. The contract is for three years.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance required before bidding.
• COIDA compliance for all employees required.
• Valid HPCSA Registration certificate required.
• Valid EAPA-SA Registration required.
• Proof of operational capability across all provinces required.
• Account Manager's CV with qualifications and references required.
• Certified copies of Account Manager’s qualifications required.
• Reference letters for similar EWP work in the past 5 years required.
• Company must demonstrate experience providing EWP services.
• Qualified professionals registered with relevant bodies across all provinces required.
