Description

The Council for Gender Equality (CGE) needs office space in Polokwane CBD, Limpopo. They are looking for a property with at least 340m2 and 9 undercover parking bays. The lease will be for 3 years, with a possible renewal. Bidders need experience in commercial office facilities and facility management.

Requirements

• Bidder must own property or have signed deed of sale.
• Minimum Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 340 m2 for office space.
• Minimum of 9 undercover parking bays on the premises.
• Certification of compliance with OHS, electrical, and fire requirements.
• Compliance with universal access requirements for people with disabilities.
• Proximity to Polokwane CBD within 6km of public transport.
• Confirmation of available water, electricity, and refuse removal services.
• Municipal clearance confirming all services are paid.
• CSD Registration report required before bidding.
• Approved plan of the offices/facility by the Municipality.
• Demonstrated ability to secure security services from a PSIRA-registered company.
• Valid proof of PSIRA certificate required before bidding.
• Demonstrated ability to secure cleaning services from a compliant company.
• Proof of registration with relevant Bargaining Council and sectoral wage compliance.
• Letter/certificate of good standing from the Department of Labour.
