Description
This tender is for paving internal streets in two phases in the Sakhisizwe Local Municipality. The projects are for Takalani (Phase 1) and Phola Park. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 21 May 2026. The closing date for submissions is 05 June 2026.

- COIDA Letter of Good Standing required before bidding.
- CIDB registration proof required before bidding.
- Municipal billing clearance (not older than 3 months) or lease agreement required.
- Joint venture agreement (if applicable) with all documents for each partner.
